  A server who wasnt even ours, when we asked for the check he returned it with rolling eyes and the check crumbled up. Awful service. They are too busy playing around then worried about their tips. If i couldnt give them no stars I would.

  After a night out on the town, I generally crave wings the following day. I've given this location three chances to at least have decent service, it failed all three times. The food takes forever to come out, and I mean forever as in there's only a handful of people in the restaurant and the food still takes 30-40 minutes to arrive. Service is always terrible, the menu flaunts "free refills" but good luck managing to track down your server for said refill, or napkins, or the sauce that your food was SUPPOSED to come with. Most of the servers also completely lack personality, no smile, no greeting, no energy. For my last visit there, we didn't get any refills, no was our table even checked on for the 90 minutes we spent there. We only ate about half our food, since we had nothing to drink for over half the meal. Waitress finally shows up after another 20-25 minutes of us waiting, asking if we're ready for the check. No questions about the cups completely void of even ice, or the half eaten food, or even how service was. Unless desperate, avoid BWW at all cost.

  Food was good with the exception of it took for ever to get service. I would have liked a refill and a to go box but that took forever as well. We probably could have walked out the door and didn't pay the check and they would have never noticed. So sad that i had to give a review like this. I would definitely not eat here ever again and recommend everyone else to drive on by.

  Order online and said the order would be ready at 6:50 pm, it is currently 7:20 pm and still have not gotten the order, while 4 people that came in after have. What is the point of ordering online if it takes a half hour to get the order anyways. Did they decide to just make the order when we showed up?
